Bradford Pride 2010
The rainbow flag was flying in Centenary Square, Bradford, and blessed again with superb weather, Bradford Pride's big event on Saturday 22 May lived up to it's promise to be the best Bradford Pride ever. An estimated 10,000 people passed through during the afternoon, double 2009. Invited to celebrate "with the LGBT communities in Bradford", the city's community joined us in force, providing a wonderfully friendly and happy atmosphere throughout the day.

The first batch of photographs, those taken by the Equity Partnership's Communications Manager Roger (almost 150 of them), are now up on the web and can be viewed on 'grumpytyke's' Google picasa site: http://picasaweb.google.com/109154226626289202134/BradfordPride2010Grumpytyke#
More photographs from other photographers will be posted on the web as soon as possible.

The five hour stage show was rolled out at a pace which never flagged. Superby compered by Andy Train, Miss Missy Mincing and Miss Marigold Addams, returning favourites like QBoy and the Bet Lynch Mob dancers were joined by Sonia, who delivered an amazingly joyful energetic performance without giving birth five weeks early, and a host of local talent.

This built on Women's Pride, a week earlier, and the Evening of Comedy and Culture two days before, where Stella Duffy and James Nash provided the culture while Topping and Butch gave us some hilarious (outrageous!) comedy.
'What's On' pages for the current and forthcoming months are regularly updated. Please go to them for the latest available information on any event.
